2013 London Art Fair – Where art meets animation!
When you are in London, you are never too far away from some kind of art fair. Taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington from 16 – 20 January, 2013, the London Art Fair will feature more than 100 galleries, presenting some of the biggest names in art both past and present.
The 2013 London Art Fair will be the 25th edition of the legendary event, which prides itself in providing a quality art fair in the most welcoming of atmospheres.
The works of more than 1,000 artists from home and abroad will be on display at one convenient location, which are displayed in an enticing combination of curated group displays, large-scale installations and solo shows, from galleries from across the globe.
Since 2005, this highly popular London art event has featured the Art Projects, which quickly established itself as being one of the most exciting components of the London Art Fair. This critically acclaimed section of the fair is curated by contemporary artist, Pryle Behrman.
The galleries exhibiting at the 2013 London Art Fair have now been announced and include a combination of new galleries showcasing the works of many talented contemporary artists, such as Poppy Sebire and COLE, and those returning to the fair, such as Troika Editions, Bearspace and Limoncello.
For lovers of photography, the Photo50 project will be exhibited in the London Art Fair 2013. The forthcoming Photo50 will be curated by the Director of Paradise Row Gallery, Nick Hackworth, and will feature more than 50 diverse works from some of the world’s leading and most influential photographers.
Most of the works that are featured at the Photo50 exhibition will be on sale.
