Reopening of Wyndham Grand’s Chelsea spa
The Wyndham Grand London recently celebrated the re-opening of its Blue Harbour Spa to guests and non-resident club members.
New to the Chelsea spa is the introduction of VOYA, the world’s first certified organic seaweed-based products.
The Chelsea spa has been designed with neutral tones, clean lines and contemporary feel which creates a soothing environment.
The Blue Harbour Spa has six treatment rooms and relaxation suite. The Chelsea Spa also features a fully equipped fitness centre, hair salon, sauna, steam room and a 17-metre indoor heated swimming pool.
VOYA’s vitamin and mineral-rich, indigenous Irish treatments will bring a breath of fresh air to this chic, relaxing retreat for guests and local residents.
The Chelsea spa, with the aid of VOYA’s products will detoxify, rejuvenate, regenerate or simply aid relaxation. In addition to the new VOYA range, the spa offers a full range of massage and body care therapies by Susan Molyneux and Aromatherapy Associates.

The Wyndham Grand strives to be London’s best luxury hotel and for this to be maintained, we sometimes need to make changes to the hotel. We do this with the minimum disruption to guests.
Please note that due to refurbishment the gentlemen’s changing room will be closed from next Monday 16th January to Monday 13th February. Temporary changing rooms will be available for male guests but the sauna and steam room will be closed.
We would also like to announce that as of Monday 9th January 2012, The Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour will be completely Non-Smoking. Please also note that there will be an additional fee should the guests decide to smoke in any of our rooms.

Positively Pink – Breast Cancer Awareness in London
From 1st October, in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness month and The Haven, the Wyndham Grand London, Chelsea Harbour’s 5* all-suite hotel, launches a new pink afternoon tea.
The positively Pink Afternoon tea’s menu consists of pink, bite-sized treats, with ‘super food’ ingredients such as watercress, green tea, ginger, spinach and turmeric.
These are all known for their medicinal properties in preventing and treating cancer. The menu was put together with expert advice for The Haven’s own nutritionalists.
The positively Pink afternoon tea supports breast cancer charity The Haven, which has support centres in London (Fulham), Leeds and Hereford. 10% of the bill will be donated to The Haven.

To start how about a selection of perfectly pink sandwiches? Whole wheat bread filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese & baby spinach; turmeric chicken & watercress; Brie de Meaux with ginger & mango chutney; and free range egg, chive & garlic mayonnaise with mustard cress on onion bread.
Then to home-baked cakes, pastries and deserts; apricot opera cake, banoffee tartlet, green tea panna-cotta, strawberry and lime tartlet and ginger-spiced carrot cake.
And that’s not forgetting the classic, warm mini-scones oozing with fresh clotted cream and fine strawberry jam… served with an optional glass of Pink Champagne and all for a good cause.
