Greenwich Film Festival 15th – 18th July
This year’s Greenwich Film Festival, which runs from Thursday 15th – Monday 18th July at a variety of locations, will take you through time to explore the past, present and future with films ranging from nostalgic period drama to science fiction.
Shows within the World Heritage Site will take place at Greenwich Picturehouse and the Peter Harrison Planetarium at the Royal Observatory, while other venues include the Vue Cinema at The O2.
In addition, Greenwich Council is offering an exciting challenge to budding film-makers of all ages – a competition for short films that offer an imaginative view of the past, present or future in Greenwich. Shortlisted films will be shown on big screens alongside the Festival’s main features. (www.greenwich.gov.uk/festivals).
