A Taste of London 2011 is being held from June 16th – June 19th, and will see some of the most celebrated chefs and restaurants from the capital gather in Regent’s Park and churn out some of their most notorious dishes to the delight of thousands of eagerly awaiting visitors.

There are 13 Taste Festivals hosted annually around the world, which have become so highly regarded that they are the ‘point of reference’ for food and drinks events worldwide. Attracting an audience of more than 50,000, it is a Taste of London that is the most popular and grandest of the Taste Festivals.

The whole of Regent’s Park erupts for three days brimming with fervent food fanatics. The huge stage is handed over to the mastery of some of the world’s best-known chefs, who demonstrate their skills and divulge some of their culinary secrets live on-stage.

No meal however would be complete without a drink of fine wine and visitors can enjoy tasting some of the finest wine from every corner of the globe. Not only can ‘foodies’ eat and drink until their heart’s content, but any cuisine or beverage they are particularly impressed with, they can buy and take home.

2011 will see a diverse range of food, beverage and catering companies exhibiting their talents in Regent’s Park, including Chateau Civrac Wines, Barley Fudge, Choi Time Tea, Flossy Coffee, Glorious Foods, the Great British Sausage Company and the Japanese Knife Company – to name just a snippet of the talent that will be attending this year’s Taste of London.
