The Autumn Rugby internationals are nearly upon us. After the success of the Lions tour to South Africa, gate numbers are expected to be well up this year. Particularly so considering the feast of fixtures on offer at Twickenham.

The Twickenham autumn fixture list includes:

England VS Australia – 7 Nov 2009 – Twickenham, London

England VS Argentina – 14 Nov 2009 – Twickenham, London

England VS New Zealand – 21 November 2009 – Twickenham, London

If you’re anything like me, the thought of the games is enough to send a few tingles down my spine. However, getting there and back from good old north London is certainly not something to relish!

Possible solutions:

Solution A -  Stay in a crumby B & B

Solution B – Travel by tube and train (anybody who has tried to do this after a game simply knows it’s not a viable option)

Solution C – Catch a cab. Potential cost of £100 or more, plus you’ll more than likely get stuck in traffic

Solution D – Stay at the nearest 5 star hotel to Twickenham. Which is?????? You guessed it the Wyndham Grand Chelsea Harbour.
