this is my favourite hotel in the world. the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are unbelievable. i would highly recommend this hotel even if you just want a night away from home and enjoy a night of luxury. 5*

Myself, my husband and my two sons stopped with you over the weekend of 21 - 23 August and I just wanted to contact you to say thank you for making our stay in London so enjoyable! We found both the hotel and the service we recieved to be of the highest standard and would recommend the Wyndham Grand to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay whilst visiting London. Your attention to detail is impressive, which meant to us bringing two small children away for the weekend became more managable! We appreciate that you are currently undergoing work in the restaurant and the Health club but this had very little impact upon our stay...although our young sons did miss the swimming pool a little! Thank you once again and we look forward to visiting you in the future.
